Held under the auspices of Her Excellency Mrs. Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, President of the Republic of Argentina and the presence of HRH Prince Turki Bin Talal Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, The Special Representative of HRH Prince Talal Bin Abdul Aziz, President of the Arab Gulf programme for United Nations Development Organizations (AGFUND).

First Category: The role of the international organizations in supporting the developing countries' national policies and strategies for combating human trafficking:
o Presentation of the Prize to the winner.
o Sunil Sainju, Planete Enfants, Representative of the winning project (First category) “Cross Border Program on Capacity Building for Prevention of Trafficking & Rehabilitation of Potential and rescued Victims, implemented by Planete Enfants International Organization.
o Projection of a short film on the winning project.
Second Category: NGOs-led efforts for protecting women and children from human trafficking:
o Presentation of the Prize to the winner.
o Dr. Sunitha Krishnan, Founder and General Secretary, PRAJWALA, Representative of the winning project “Combat Trafficking of Women and children through Community Partnership”, Implemented by PARAJWALA NGO.
o Projection of a short film on the winning project.
Third Category: Individual-led initiatives for combating human trafficking in the poor communities:
o Presentation of the Prize to the winner.
o Implemented by Mr. Biony Krishna Mallick. Binoy Krishna Mallick, Executive Director of Rights Jessore, Representative of the winning project (Third category), Community Mobilization to Combat Trafficking (CMCT).
o Projection of a short film on the winning project.
